THE THREE STEPS TO YOUR BEST LIFE METHOD consists of:

Step ONE Clear/eliminate the limiting belief, responsible for negative self esteem beliefs and/or responsible for unwanted behavioral pattern.

STEP TWO: Create new powerful beliefs STEP THREE:: Align Body, Mind and Soul and live your best life.

How does a typical session looks like? How often? How long?

A typical session starts with establishing what behaviour or thought pattern are wanted to be changed  and what goal you want to achieve, how you aspire to feel.

The duration of one session varies between 1 hour and 90 minutes.

Depending on your goals, you can chose between 1 months, 3months, 6 months and 1 year coaching.
